We'll be featuring a presentation by Alex Honor, former head of e*trade system engineering who carried them from dot boom to dot bomb and has been specializing in cradle to grave distributed enterprise software management ever since. He'll be showing a brand new open source project, "CTL". Not an acronym, think of what, 'apachectl', does for apache and imagine what such a tool might do for your entire enterprise and you've got CTL. While implemented in java to be completely cross platform it works your way binding to python, perl, ruby, shell, javascrialready know how to use it and fully integrate easily with whatever you're using now. Whether you have six or six hundered machines he taught me and he can teach you how to unify your entire enterprise as one.
